DME dissolved in 1gal boiling water and added to main boil 20 from end of boil.
Gravity of wort pre-boil was 1.069, volume was 12 gallons.
Pitched with yeast cake from IPA brewed 2005/09/17.

half the batch was dry hopped with 1oz simcoe, the other with 1oz centennial. each half was primed with 4.3oz of DME and yielded 22 bombers with each hop.
