johnny episode iii: revenge of the raspberry (raspberry porter) (April 30/2005)

5.5 gallon all-grain + fruit

• 10.5# pale malt
• 0.75# crystal malt
• 0.75# chocolate malt
• 0.65 oz northdown (60 min)
• 1.0 oz fuggles (10 min)
• 6.5# frozen raspberries, steep for 30min at end of boil
• wlp005 white labs british ale yeast

note: if doing this again i'd drop the raspberries to 4#. they overpower the porter and are fairly tart. i'd also consider "beefing up" the porter a bit.
